- The Online Private Training start not later then within 7 days after the purchase date.
- All sessions must be completed on or before the contract expires. Timelines: 12 sessions- 30 days.
- The company reserves the right to provide a substitute trainer in the event the original scheduled trainer is not available to continue the sessions.
- A 12 hour cancelation is required, otherwise client will be charged for the session.
- Fees paid for Online personal training sessions are NON REFUNDABLE.
- Balance in Private Training sessions is not allowed to be transferred to membership dues at any time.
- The clients confirms she is in good physical conditions and has no medical reason or impairment or disability that might prevent her from using Online Personal Training Services. The client has
been advised to consult her doctor on any health or medical concerns that the client might have. - If you know or should know that you have a problem that might prevent you from using the Online
personal training services and you sign this contract, you agree that your training is limited accordingly. Therefore you must still pay the fees. - The use of the NuYu Online Personal Training services, involves risks of injuries to you, whether
you caused it. As such you understand and voluntarily accept that risk and agree that NUYU
will not be liable for any injury without limitation, personaly, bodly or mental injury, loss or damage to you, resulting from the negligence or other acts outside of online services. - None of the Private Training packages can be frozen
- VAT is applicable to all transactions as per local law.
