What are the Different Exercises that go with Zumba Class?

Practically, everything goes well with a regular zumba class integrated into your average gym routine. Mixing in a low and high-intensity dance workout into your routine is a great to do cardio while still having a great, fun time!

A perfect workout routine focused on weight lose will always have space for a zumba class. However, if you’re looking to stay lean and bulk up at the same time, then zumba class can be an option as well.

What are Zumba Classes?

Zumba classes include aerobic and anaerobic exercises, which bring together the benefits of increased cardiovascular health and increased endurance to make something fun and exciting.

Aerobic activities open the door to better weight management, a strengthened immune system, and a decreased risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke; it’s the perfect alternative to your one-hour on the treadmill.

What are the Benefits of Zumba Classes?

Moving onto to the anaerobic part of a zumba class, you’ll be able to tone different parts of your body as zumba essentially promotes muscle growth through short-exertion, high-intensity movements such as squats, crunches, and lifts.

Essentially, an hour-long zumba class can help you lose between 350 to 650 calories, which is great if you take a step back and look at your gym routine as a two part workout – cardio and weight lifting.

For a workout that feels more like a dance party than a grind, moving to the best of music can come naturally to you, even if you’re a first-timer at your gym’s zumba class.

Zumba class has been slowly making its mark on the fitness world as it maximizes the good time you’ll experience at the gym.At the end of the day, zumba helps you work up a sweat that’ll melt fat, strengthen your core, and improve flexibility. All this is a great recipe for a weight lifting form; after all, you can’t go for weight lifting without including some sort of cardio exercise in the mix.

NUYU is all about giving you a good time at the gym, especially if you’re willing to let loose with your dance moves. After the lockdown ends, zumba classes will resume and be available to all our members!
